In 2006, he transitioned to Home Buyers Inc., further honing his property acquisition and evaluation proficiency. In 2008, Etai founded the Trademark Development Group, showcasing remarkable resilience and adaptability in navigating his company through the challenges of the 2008 market crash. Since 2010, Etai and his team at Trademark Development Group have successfully transformed numerous distressed properties into valuable assets, playing a vital role in revitalizing various neighborhoods. Etai currently focuses on building a portfolio of income-producing rental properties across New York City, driven by his strategic vision for long-term investments.
